Property was well maintained and very clean. The location and proximity to the beach, shops, and restaurants was amazing. Property manager was very responsive and provided everything that was possibly needed for a comfortable stay!

The stay was great! Its small enough for couple's beach vacation and the location was perfect. Very quiet and peaceful. Walk to the beach every morning and evening was wonderful. Publix market is very close to get groceries and some restaurants. The place was very clean and comfortable. I definitely come back!

This is our second time staying at the sand dollar villa! We’ve actually only ever stayed here while at Ami. Although it is very small, it’s perfect for our family as we are out and about, or outside in the perfect pool area. We are a young family, so the location to the beach is perfect, but also very convenient for the older kids to be entertained when coming back if nap is needed. We are always trying to recruit friends and family to come stay in the surrounding villas with us !
When searching for our stay for ‘25 vaca. It was hard to beat the 2 block walk, Publix close, pool/courtyard, grill, beach cart/chairs, customer service, and of course the nice little home. Thank you so much prime vacations !

We had the most incredible time at our villa with our family this summer! We loved how close we were to the beach. It made traveling back and forth to the beach with 3 young kids a breeze! The villa was clean, beautiful, and had everything so well organized. We loved the “backyard” space for our kids, they play and enjoyed the pool a ton too! We will definitely be back; the location was perfect. If you’re looking for a safe, clean and beautiful space to stay at while you enjoy the island I 100% recommend!

We visit the island once a year and this time it was perfect! This home is barely minutes from the most beautiful beach! It has an amazing shared court yard area with a beautiful setup and pool. Everything was very clean and made our stay perfect. Our only downfall may of been the lack of any seasonings or salt/pepper. Most places we visit provide these or at the very least leave what previous visitors purchase. We don’t mind buying and leaving, but at the same time there really isn’t space to have a stock of extra items. The second thing is that you will need to be okay with living out of your bags as there’s no where to unpack. Overall perfect stay and will be back!

This quaint property is close to everything, shopping, BEACH, Sunsets, Pool, Parking, EVERYTHING! Inside is very well decorated, has everything you need, very clean, comfortable and is ready to go. The check-in process and communication are perfect, one of the best I have encountered thus far using any home rental. The price was great for a weeknight. I highly recommend for couples get-away. Not a lot of places to store your clothes, no drawers or closets, just a few hangers, but for a few days at the beach I HIGHLY recommend! Thank you for the property!

The cottage was wonderful. Very clean and modern decor. 90 second walk to the beach. Staff very friendly. I had a problem operating the TV channel control so I called customer service and a technician showed up 10 minutes later and assisted me. Pool was nice and clean plenty of lounge chairs, grills and everything you needed for a nice outdoor experience around the pool. I love the code entry system so you don’t have to worry about carrying a card with you to get into the cottage. Parking was available right in front of your front door which is very nice. Everything you needed inside the cottage was available which made it very nice everything from plenty of towels to dishes to a refrigerator microwave coffee maker dishwasher and plenty of beach towels. big screen TVs in both the bedroom and the main living area. We only stayed two nights but was very enjoyable would definitely come back and booked this place again. very very satisfied.

Took a staycation with my fiancé. We reside in downtown st pete, so the travel was a big plus. 45 min south. The little villa we rented was quaint, quiet, clean & close to the beach. This small but perfect oasis did not disappoint! It is a fabulous location, walking distance to many eateries and stores as well as perfect distance to the beach to view the beautiful sunsets. The apartment is chic yet comfortable in its coastal decor and very clean. The shared pool and patio space is also very nice. We swam daily and enjoyed meeting our neighbors. The washer and dryer in unit is a much appreciated bonus.

Had a wonderful time. Place is just like described. We also met some great people in the pool area during our stay. The only draw back is no storage for foldable clothes (they did have about a dozen hangers and a wall mount hook to hang things). It would be great if they replaced the night stands in the bedroom and the accent table in the family room with something that had drawers. Other than that the place is great!!

We felt like we were in a little beach cottage. The place was spotless, modern and so very cute! The location is perfect and the pool was nice too! Even though it’s a shared pool , it was always clean and never crowded. There’s also a drying rack and washer and dryer which came in handy a few times. The only downfall is there really wasn’t a convenient place to put our luggage or clothes, but we knew this when we made our reservation and made it work. I also thought it was strange that the property didn’t have a broom. It’s impossible to not track in sand when coming in from the beach, so I bought a $10 broom and dust pan set. I hope they keep it there for future renters. Overall, a great experience and I would rent here again.

We loved our stay even though it rained the entire weekend. The pool was perfect for our small kids with a big ledge for playing, and the backyard was fenced in which made it really nice. They even had a little play golf set which my 2 year old loved. The walk to the beach is very short. I actually was reluctant to give a good review because then other people will find out about this perfect spot!

We stayed in Unit #4, The Sand Dollar and enjoyed it immensely. There are 2 units to a building. It is a perfect size for 2 adults. When we arrived it was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of paper products for our use along with dishwasher detergent, dish soap, an unopened sponge lots of towels and dish towels. The sheets were soft and the bed was comfortable. There was a nice pool in the backyard that is shared with 7 other units. There were fairly new gas grills available (which was not mentioned in the description so it was a nice surprise). The unit is 2 small blocks from the beautiful beach. There are beach chairs available to use. Publix, Walgreens and several smaller stores within walking distance. We will definitely stay there again!

I enjoyed my stay during the slow time of year when the gulf is still warm enough to swim in. Even though I was only on the island two days It was so relaxing it felt like a week. The pool was divine and I had it all to myself! The property was very nice and so close to the beach.

Overall we were very pleased and loved the stay. The location is great, the pool is a quiet paradise, and the decor was modern and fresh. There was a small issue with the rental not being thoroughly cleaned. Due to having 2 kids and 2 dogs it wouldn’t have been easy to relocate for them to come in and re-clean, so I walked over to Publix and purchased supplies to wash and wipe the place down to my liking. Presentation of the white sofa with stains was ultimately distracting, but also due to the color of the couch and being a family friendly rental, it was understandable. Pet owners note that there is no place on the property to have your pet void, you must walk your pet to a grassy patch and pick up after them, which is a given. I think this is also why we really could not tell that this was a pet friendly rental, which is great! There was no pet hair, no smell of a dog etc. We loved bringing our pets on our family vacation, they enjoyed it too! We will stay again and I’ll just request the property manager to come through the place after the cleaning staff and before our arrival to ensure it was thoroughly cleaned between guests.

Super easy super clean love that I can just check in without having to go to an office! So easy! Everything you need is right there! From groceries to Pharmacy to restaurants all within a few blocks of the beach! It is beach living to the best! Love the way they decorated and landscaped... I almost don't want to write this review because I'm afraid I won't get a unit when I want one cuz it'll be so popular!! And they allow pets!

This was a great place to stay for a long weekend. Beautifully done new 1 bedroom space. Courtyard and pool were great. 2 blocks from the beach, 2 blocks from Publix and shopping. We were so pleased with the quality of the unit. Beach chairs and umbrellas came in handy for time at the beach. Only draw back was lack of a closet/wardrobe to unpack clothes and a mirror other than the bathroom. A quiet island, perfect for families wanting the beach house feel. Not much nightlife on the island, Decoy Ducks was a good place for music.
