We love the location. Holmes Beach gives us quick access to the north part of the island, AMI, and the south side with Bridge Street’s shopping and restaurants. Another outstanding point is how polite and responsive the hosts were on all our communications.

This stay was so cute and accommodating. We loved having the community pool for the kids and the puppy to be able to run and play. The turf was a nice touch. The house was great. Had everything we needed. We rented a golf cart too and loved having that recommended to us to explore the island. The hosts were very nice and responsive. They also let us know the home was ready for check-in about 45 min early which was right when we got to town! We will be back!

We absolutely loved our stay! The place was spotless and felt super fresh and new, which made it really comfortable from the moment we walked in. The pool was amazing—perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach—and the entire property was so well maintained. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping everything in great shape.
The location was also a huge highlight. It was just a short walk to the beach, and having basic beach supplies like chairs and an umbrella made our beach days even easier. The area is super walkable with plenty of shops, restaurants, and everything else you could need close by. We also really appreciated having our own grill—it was so nice to be able to cook and hang out outside in the evenings.
This spot had everything we were looking for, and we can’t wait to come back again!

The location of this property was perfect - less than 500 steps from front door to sand! Walking distance to a Publix for groceries. An umbrella, beach wagon and one chair are provided as well as four beach towels. The heated pool is an alternative to the beach. I was disappointed that there was no dresser or closet in the bedroom - disliked living out of a suitcase for a week. The kitchen was small but adequate for breakfast and lunch. The unit itself was small but worked well for two adults. Overall, we had a great week and would happily stay here again.

What can I say, we love everything about this place; from the pool to the proximity to the beach to the in house washer/dryer to the wagon and cooler provided. Extra bonus is the walking distance to the grocery store. We would stay here again in a heart beat.

My wife and I needed a place to unwind for a couple of days and this property was great. It’s cozy and it offers plenty for their guests. Check them out!! The property management company, AMI locals communication is top notch, they are very responsive and helpful. I’d recommend anyone to stay at their properties, especially if you and your significant other want to take a break from your daily routine then this is the place. I will bring the rest of my family next time and rent a different place and will also rent again for another getaway with my wife in the near future. Thank you AMI Locals!!

This is a great little property with all the necessary embellishments and a convenient location close to the beach and Publix. Interior decor is clean and crisp and has a feel of being newly updated. Courtyard area is nice with chairs, lounges and tables for eating. Pool is heated to a nice temperature. Overall a great place to stay.

We came for our honeymoon and as adventurers who love to come back to cook our own meals we loved having an kitchen and outdoor grilling/dining area. The kitchen had limited cooking utensils but we made do. Next time might bring a few needed things. Really short walk to the beach and relatively short drive around the island (minus traffic!). It was a quiet and residential which we loved. We would definitely stay again!

We loved our little 4 night stay over Xmas! Fantastic location, clean, washer/dryer was a massive plus with kids, heated pool was a lovely surprise and the decor was gorgeous! Only thing I’d mention if you have someone staying on the couch/sofa bed it’s not the greatest sleep, ok for small kids but any adult will wake up with springs indented into their backs. Perfect little spot for a family and so close to the beach! Highly recommend.

I had a great time after getting through the checking in process, I must have missed or not gotten the email with the rental agreement but it all worked out, staff was very helpful. The cottage rug was a little dirty but understandable being so close to beach. I will come back when I can.

Perfect little get away. Very cute and bright peaceful villa. Backyard space is beautiful with pool and lounge chairs also has grills . The villa had everything needed for basic stay. Also a book for local tips on the island. Beach access is a quick walk down the road . Check in was super easy and seamless . Thank you for the stay

This place is truly a great beach house, just a hop and a skip from the beach. The bed could have been a bit more comfy, and I will warn you that the units are like duplexes joining another unit. This was fine, but the bedrooms of each are next to each other, so I would recommend a fan or noise app to wash out unwanted sound. Otherwise, we loved the stay, and look forward to returning!

The property was great along with the outside area. Most importantly the property was extremely clean. Had bbq sections and enough parking for everyone. If I had one con was that the pool was hot and never felt cool enough to enjoy.

The property was just as advertised. Beautiful and close to the beach. The only critique will be with some of the other guests staying in the other bungalows. The swimming pool is a common area.; some of the other guests ate around the pool, and didn't pick up after them. Also leaving their dirty towels and clothes around the pool. Common courtesy goes a long way. The property manager was very prompt to return my concern, but the guests causing the problem were gone that same day.

Was a great little beach cottage in a wonderful location on Anna Maria Island, within walking distance to Publix, small retail shops, and the ocean front. The unit was very well decorated and modern, and the shared pool and backyard space was very fun. The only downside was that the air conditioner didn’t seem to be working well and probably needed fixed. We would still definitely stay here again.

The Seashell unit was the perfect little get-away for two. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Proximity to beach is a quick stroll from the front door. The shared pool was enjoyable. It was a quiet weekend we were there and felt like we were at a private resort. The kitchen has almost everything you may need, missing a few key items, but we made it work. Would definitely book here again, maybe next time with friends and family to have an exclusive experience!

What I liked: The location to everything was excellent and both the villa and grounds were well maintained. It's small, but feels roomy and is decorated really cute. The bed was wonderful - VERY comfortable. There's a washer and dryer in the unit. Beach towels and beach chairs are included. Things I would change: The main TV is hung too high and the couch is positioned in a way that makes it pretty uncomfortable for two people to sit and watch for any period of time. There is no place to put ANYTHING away; your clothing, suitcases, groceries etc. Also, a broom and dust pan would be nice, but where would it go?? The check-out time compared to check-in seems disproportionate. We arrived too early and saw the cleaning team come and go. The property was ready before noon, yet it had to be cleared before check-in and that process was delayed until the late in the afternoon. I get the stated check in is 4PM, but they should throw their eager guests a bone, and hire an additional person or two to speed up the process. All that said, it's a really good property.

This was one of the best places my friends and I have ever stayed! The backyard was perfect, friendly neighbors in the other villas, and a very close walk to the beach. It was the perfect size and equipped with everything we needed and more! The person I communicated with at AMI locals was very understanding and compliant with any questions I had. The place had plenty of room, great views and just a great experience overall!

It has a secluded courtyard with a beautiful pool in a quiet, relaxing setting. I would call it zen like. The beach is like a block and a half walk with no road traffic. You can walk to Publix and other shops, too. All newly decorated and updated. You need to be careful though. Check the housekeeping fee before you make your final reservation. What interested me was the low nightly charge, but at the end over $100.00 was added to my bill for housekeeping and my total had jumped. I checked around and a lot of the other places had basically the same final amounts so i stayed with this place. I'm glad I did.

Otroligt mysigt boende med allt du behöver! Pool, närhet till hav och fint hus. Ljuset, färgerna och känslan på Anna-Maria Island var magiskt och precis vad vi hoppats på i vår familj. Stranden har potatismjölfärg och vattnet är turkost. Solnedgångarna går inte att titta sig mätt på. Både en och två gånger såg vi delfiner simma förbi en bit ut i havet. Alla bekvämligheter med det lilla extra såsom gratis lån av solstolar, surfbrädor och parasoll. Modernt utrustat kök samt TV i både sovrum och umgängesyta. Det enda förbättringspotentialen vi såg var skönare extrasängar. Bäddsoffan var tyvärr väldigt oskön. Annars enbart positivt! Åk hit, ni kommer inte att ångra er.

What a great little vacation rental! We only stayed one night but wish we could have stayed longer. Loved the pool and the proximity to the beach, and the place was updated so nicely. We will definitely be back! Had a small problem with the lock, but the host sent someone out right away to take care of it.

We spent some very nice days in this beautiful luxury suite on the beach.  The house is very well decorated, clean and equipped. The gardens with their hammocks are very relaxing. After reviewing this listing, I’ve realized that the description was very accurate and we were ecstatic about our accommodations. The property was very clean and looked well-maintained. There was a welcome book from the property manager with her personal cell phone number and everything we needed to know in order to have a good time. This was a five star home with amazing accommodations and I would recommend it to anyone. The beautiful beach is practically in our backyard and there so many amazing restaurants to chose from.
