Fantastic little place with two bedrooms and bathrooms very conveniently located walking distance to the beach and dining and grocery. Pool is very warm and clean. Nice and updated everything. Only thing that could possibly make it better is a curtain (s) on the sliding door as we did use the pullout couch and it got bright early for our teenager! Highly recommend.

We will very impressed with this listing. The beach is only a 4 minute walk and it is super close to restaurants and Publix! We didn’t use our cars and loved being able to walk anywhere we needed to go. The pool was amazing for after the beach and the parking situation was amazing. Couldn’t recommend this listing more for a family or girls trip with about 6-7 people. We would 100% stay again and I have also recommended it to family/friends

We really enjoyed our stay at Lemonfish villa 8. We had a few issues with alarm & tv’s but it was quickly resolved. Loved the pool area so much fun meeting new friends & great time with the dogs it was like having your own oasis. Would definitely stay again

We booked another property that was managed by a completely different company. On the day of our set arrival, we received a call that our reservation had to be canceled due to an A/C issue. We scrambled and came across this property and booked instantly. The price was a little more but MUCH better amenities. Also, AMI Locals helped book us the same day so that we didn’t miss a beat as we traveled by car over 12 hours. We had such a wonderful time. A HUGE thanks to AMI Locals for saving our family vacation!

The property has gorgeous grounds and pool, comfy beds, adequately stocked kitchen, cool AC, management that cars, and is a block from a gorgeous beach and 2 blocks from a great beach bar / restaurant. Right behind publix and souviner shop. Perfect, absolutely perfect.

Our entire experience could not have been better. The property was new and nicely decorated as described. The management company communicated well, check-in was simple, and we had no issues. Highly recommend this property.

The only part I did not like was the controlled air conditioner. We were hot at night and could not adjust the temp. We liked everything else

This location is perfect for vacation get-aways. Only about 100yd walk to beach, but also had a backyard pool and lounging area. The duplex unit looked brand new and was well stocked with kitchen supplies. We will definitely look to rent here again next time we come back to Anna Maria

Lemon Fish is a very nice villa! We checked in day after they got it ready to rent which was Christmas Day none the less. We did have some minor issues that would to be expected if you’re the very first tenants. AMI was very quick to respond and address them. You will not be disappointed with this villa.
