This rental is outstanding! The location to everything including a 3 minute walk to the beach is unbeatable. This place was better than the pictures. The outdoor space was so perfect. The management Company was welcoming, communicative and easy to work with. We will definitely rent here again!!

This was an excellent property and looked just like the pictures. Great pool and hot tub and outdoor space for entertaining. Only a few houses from the beach and close to lots of restaurants. The host was awesome and super responsive.

The property was great! Also very clean. One bed cover had a small stain (looked like spilled iced tea). The fridge was a little small for the size of the house. Would come back again.

This was the absolute perfect house for our family of four (including 2 toddlers) and my mom + sister. Everyone had their own gigantic bedroom to escape to but we enjoyed all of the common areas as well. The location is top notch- less than a two minute stroll to the beach and about a 10 minute walk to restaurants/ice cream/shops. We will for sure return to this incredible AMI house!

This property was in the most perfect location. We spent 5 nights here and felt right at home immediately. The beds were comfortable, we had ample space and we fell in love with the island. We traveled with four teens and 3 couples. The only suggestions for Improvement would be to have kitchen towels and cushions for the dining chairs in the kitchen. These are only very minor details but just two things that could easily be addressed. I had to think hard to come up with any complaint at all:) Overall this house is magnificent and I can not wait to visit again! Thanks for al the memories made.

This home was ideally located within a 3-5 min walk to the beach. The house was large enough for multiple multiple families, or a large friend group, and came equipped with plenty of towels, glassware and dishes. The management company was very responsive to any requests and continue to check-in with us to ensure our satisfaction with the property.

We had 10 adults and 1 child. The pool alarms definitely worked to keep the 5 year old from venturing out alone. He had no trouble walking the short distance to the beach with us. This is probably the best equipped kitchen we have ever had in a rental property,it had everything you might need. Easy to contact the property manager,the one glitch we had was taken care of within a few hours. I would recommend this house to a family,our extended family.loved it.

This home was just beautiful. Clean, spacious, and comfy big beds. Kitchen was well equipped and wonderful to cook in. Pool, spa area is also great for family fun - nice large grill. Garage has ping pong and foosball machine. Extra beach equipment: toys, wagon, umbrella, boogie boards. Wonderful quiet neighborhood where you walk straight to the beach without crossing any roads. We enjoyed walking to downtown area to enjoy the many shops and restaurants. Great to make arrangements with.

Muy linda casa! Ideal para familia numerosa (éramos 11 y estábamos perfecto). Buena ubicación para bajar a una playa tranquila a media cuadra (tal vez un poco lejos para recorrer hasta la otra punta hacia Longboat Key o St. Armands porque en auto se avanza lento). Recomiendo!

This was our second time renting this Beachhouse. It was my mothers 80th birthday and the family gathered for her celebration at the beach it was a wonderful trip. The house is so comfortable with king size beds in every room. Plenty of bathrooms and the water pressure in the showers is amazing. The pool Is great for after beach relaxation. The management is very attentive and quick to answer any questions or needs. We will be back

There was 10 of us(4 adults, 5 month old, 1 1 year old, 4 year old, 5 year old, 8 year old and 9 year old) we didn’t touch 2 bedrooms lol. All the kids wasn’t to squeeze on the bottom bunk bed! Which 3 did! The bunk bed room was a perfect playroom! All the bedrooms were so comfortable and all had TVs snd fans which is great! The pool was phenomenal. Great for the kids and adults. The location to shops was 3-5 mins drive in the golf cart we rented. Which was a great experience with AMI Local took care of setting up. The checkin process for the house and cart was flawless. Kitchen was the most stocked rental I’ve ever seen. The beach!!! A pleasant stroll to the beach down the quiet street! It made going so easy! The concierge service did a wonderful job!

First time experiencing Anna Maria Island and this was the perfect house to celebrate my 50th with my family.
The location to the beach and wonderful shops and restaurants were all we could have hoped for. Being able to stay at the beach all day and come home to finish a wonderful day at the heated pool and jacuzzi was amazing! Excellent communication by AMI Locals.
Highly recommend this incredible house. We only wish we could have stayed longer and ultimately want to get our own beach house on the island. Might be my favorite beach town in FL now.

He had a great time! The property was clean and well supplied. they should have more placemats , and check out all the TV's room to be working. But in general I think is a wonderful property, walking distance from the beach that makes it wonderful

This house is BEAUTIFUL! The spaciousness of the rooms and the closeness to the beach make it a perfect place to stay for anyone, but especially la family with little kids! We loved the pool and the built-in baby pool. The outdoor lounge area was really nice. All the bedrooms were very big and nicely decorated. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. We came with our 5 young children and had a wonderful week. We came and went to the beach several times a day, as it is just a few houses away. It took us about 3-4 minutes to walk onto or home from our favorite beach. We saw dolphins every morning and most evenings right off the beach! You can’t beat this location! We prefer the North end of the island where it is very quiet and chill.We go to Anna Maria every year, but this is our first time staying at this home. We will certainly be back to this beauty!!

Great house with awesome location near the beach and convenient to local restaurants and shops. Pool is great set up, perfect for kids and adults. Outdoor TV and large dining area make for perfect afternoons by the pool and meal times.

Our travel group included 2 families. 4 adults and 5 teens. The house was perfect in every way. Plenty of space for us to spread out, but it also has large common areas for all of us to fit comfortably together. The pool area was amazing. The house itself is very well maintained and was spotless upon arrival. Being our first trip to Anna Maria we really weren’t sure exactly where to stay on the island, but we felt the location was perfect with its proximity to the beach. We were able to easily walk to and from the beach access at the end of the street and the beach area never felt overcrowded. The property manager was always prompt with communication before and during our trip. We have zero complaints about this rental and plan to return for future vacations.

This house is very accommodating and has all the amenities you would want for a week long vacation with family or friends. The proximity to the beach makes it very convenient and easy to enjoy what Anna Maria is famous for - its beautiful beaches! Owners and the property management company are responsive and helpful.
