We enjoyed our stay at this home. The pool was a huge hit with our son and the stunning beach was a short walk away. We were grateful for the beach cart and chairs provided. It would be nice if they included a beach umbrella for shade. The beds and furniture were comfortable and the kitchen was the perfect size. Appliances and furniture seem all new - replaced after the hurricanes last fall. I felt like the home was decently clean, but could use a really deep clean all over - especially the bathrooms and floors. Seems like maybe extra dust from recent construction. It also looked like there were previously curtains on the kitchen sliding patio doors that were missing. The property management company is very quick to reply and I liked that we could text to communicate if something needed fixed, etc. I would definitely recommend this location for your next AMI visit!

Walking on sunshine was truly walking on sunshine! We had a week of perfect weather and the home exceeded every expectation! The house was exactly as it appeared, a beautifully decorated open space. The pool was pristine! The backyard was truly a private oasis! And the beach was the exact distance stated! So often this is not the case. The home was also in a very central location. We have rented many Vrbos in various locations. Hands down this was our favorite! The management company was truly the best we’ve ever dealt with. The only suggestion for improvement would be the alarm to the pool. Totally appreciate for child safety but would be awesome if could bypass if just adults staying there.

Very clean, well located, recently updated property. Comfortable beds, perfect private resort like backyard with nice size pool. Pool heating worked great even on the two <50 degree days. Perfect spot for a family. Only recommendations are minor- more kitchen ware, oven mitts, bbq grill needs to be cleaned and ignition repaired

This house met all of our expectations. Great location. Lots of space for 3 couples. House clean and nicely furnished. The backyard pool area is fabulous! Private and beautiful. Golf carting around the island was the way to go. Easy beach access.

Such a cute house, perfect for families or a couple. On a busy road but very close to the beach and pretty much everything else. Beach was never crowded. The pool was the selling point for me, such a cool little oasis surrounded by tropical plants. Great little getaway for our vacation to Anna Maria!

This home was perfect for our family. Loved that there were two rooms with king sized beds! Next time we’ll come with a set of grandparents to help watch the kids. Perfect location, well kept. This house was lovely, the back garden was the perfect oasis and the pool was fantastic, clean and heated to a comfortable temperature honestly perfect. The house was clean and comfortable and had most of my basic needs like dishes, cups…. Over all a nice large cook friendly kitchen but bring your own cooking oils, salt and pepper, condiments, shampoo, conditioner, laundry supplies and garbage bags. If you have small kids or pets, you my want to note that the house is on a main road that is extremely busy but once you’re in the house it’s lovely. There are a tone of nice restaurants in the area, they are very busy so I do suggest making reservations ahead if you like to dine out.

The home is very clean and comfortable. The decor is lovely and the backyard and pool are wonderful. The vegetation in the backyard is lush and beautiful and creates a completely private oasis. The pool is a perfect size for children. The house is very close to the beach…about a three minute walk, and this portion of the beach was not at all crowded. The house is on a very busy road, but only one house from the corner where you turn to go to the beach. The remaining walk to the beach is on a quiet street. Other reviews that said the house was in a quiet neighborhood are a bit deceptive. As I said, it’s on a very busy road but very close to the quiet neighborhood. The proximity to the beach added greatly to our enjoyment of the house.

The house was a perfect size for our family of 5 and a very easy walk to the beach, which was initially a concern that I had. It is on the main road, so you would need to keep an eye on little ones, but they would love the pool. Kitchen could use some corning ware and pyrex containers and a few more pots and pans, but otherwise it was a beautiful home. I wish it was ours!!!!! 😉

This was a beautiful, well maintained rental property! We loved how updated and clean the house was. The private pool was our favorite! We have a 3 year old, and the busy street was not an issue. We always carried her to the car. Other than that we never went to the front of the property. We enjoyed the pool most of the time!

We had a great stay at Walking on Sunshine! The home is adorable, I love a well styled space and the backyard with gorgeous tropical pool area was our 2nd favorite part next to being a 1/2 block away from the beach, which takes the cake. We went to the beach daily to hang out, play in the waves & watch the sunsets. We saw dolphins too!

The House is located on a very quiet residential part of the island perfect for a relaxing or a family trip. The heated pool is amazing and not having any stairs in the house makes it super easy with young children .

Great house and location. Lots of mosquitoes, but that’s Florida in summer. Definitely bring the bug spray, and some citronella candles. The house was very clean and the pool was very nice, though it looked larger in the pictures. Short walk to the beach, very convenient to restaurants. I would say the house needs more cookware. Cooking for six was a challenge with what was available. Definitely could use a larger frypan, and at least one large bowl. Other than that I would definitely stay here again.

The property was exactly as described online and we really loved it. The house is very spacious and up to date. The pool area is very lovely. There is a short one block walk to the beach. My only advice is to bring bug spray in case of mosquito issues when you visit this area. The house is located close to the grocery store and Walgreens. AMI was very easy to work with and we had no issues.

This cottage worked perfectly for our family.. it’s spacious and the private fenced-in back yard with the pool was a favorite hangout spot for us! We loved the location... a 3-5 minute walk to the beach.. and just 5 min from Publix and a few other stores. It was in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with no resorts or motels in sight which was a huge plus for us. There are plenty of beach towels and the kitchen had plenty of dishes for our family of four. The appliances are all newer and worked well. The beds were comfortable And the big walk-in showers a plus! We will be back!!

We recently enjoyed this beautiful home for a week with our two teenagers. The home is beautiful and the backyard is stunning - very private and beautifully landscaped and maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Everything is exactly as it looks in the pictures. It does face a busier street but traffic is very quiet at night and the 3 minute walk to the beach was easy. It’s close to the grocery store and Walgreens and a lovely ice cream shop! We had an excellent spring break. We look forward to returning in the future.

This was a great home for the three of us to spend a week. While the house is on a busy road, it is only a little over a block walk to the beach. I've stayed at other rentals on the island, and this by far, was the most up-to-date and conveniently located (1/2 mile walk to Publix, etc). The backyard space was like a sanctuary - truly lovely.

We are senior adults. When we arrived, the house code did not work. Fortunately we were able to reach the property management company to get the correct code. The house is clean and cozy. It has been updated and the appliances are in good condition. The owners have insured that the pool and landscaping are serviced frequently. Mike and Mike keep the trees and bushes in pristine condition! And the pool was immaculate. We rent alot of houses. Generally we leave extra paper towels, toilet paper, coffee, filters, spices, olive oil, etc behind when we leave. And we often find those kinds of things tucked into a cabinet. However, that is not true at this house. There really is nowhere to leave anything because the kitchen has open shelving. The metal chairs in the kitchen are uncomfortable--metal and short backs. There are no comfortable straight chairs in the entire house. I have back issues so that was a drawback for me. Additionally, there are no flashlights or matches or candles in case the power goes out in a storm. No DVD player, bring your own. Also, no end tables in the bunk room and only on one side of the right bedroom bed so I stacked boxes. The decor is beachy and pretty, and the location is walking distance to pharmacy, several small eating establishments and the Gulf. Overall, a great house. The owners obviously take pride in it.

This lovely property is very conveniently located, short walk from the beach. It was clean with amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. The pool was perfect for our family and we enjoyed it. Communication with AMI was timely and appropriate. Plenty of towels, sheets, and other necessary items. Overall, would highly consider renting again.

My wife and I stayed here for a week. The house was exactly as advertised and so was the location. It was nice to spend half of the day at the Beach and then return to the house to spend the rest of the day at the very private pool. We will definitely rent this house again.

This house was perfect for our family beach vacation. Everything was clean and modern. The back pool area was like your own private lagoon with seating areas in the pool. Traveled with my family of 5, plus my parents. The house was gorgeous and fit us perfectly. We were so grateful when we immediately saw that the pictures actually were an accurate representation of the property. The pool was beautiful, and we loved having it. Even after we had an act of Mother Nature, involving some frogs, the property management took care of it immediately and we were back in the pool within a few hours. The house is a short walk to the beach, which was clean and such a relaxing place. Everything was just wonderful—clean, fun, functional. Truly the best of both worlds having your own pool, and having a short walk to the beach. Loved it!

We really enjoyed our stay at the property on Anna Maria Island. The location was perfect with a short and adorable walk to the beach. House had everything our family of 7 needed, plenty of comfy beds and a fully stocked kitchen. Valerie was a great contact, quickly taking care of a small glitch we had with the pool. Overall a perfect place for a relaxing vacation. We would definitely go back!

We enjoyed our stay here. The place was beautiful! We utilized the pool the whole time, we have two little kids who didn’t want to leave. Everything was very clean. Only downside we wish the front doors didn’t have open windows, should have curtain or blinds to shut. It was also lovebug season and they were everywhere and annoying. Would definitely come again. Great location and close to lots.

We were lucky enough to be the first guest in this new ground level house! So close to the beach and all the shops. This house is absolutely amazing. Perfect decor. Plenty of sun and adorable!! Great beach getaway! The beach access was lush and even the famous tree house is next to the beach access. A must see!
