And with an Island Trolley stop just moments away, the shops, restaurants, and excursions of Holmes Beach and Bridge Street are well within reach.

Water Colors is the ultimate in sophisticated relaxation, decorated throughout with the colors of the sea. Kick back on the covered second floor balcony, dine in the poolside lounge area, or take advantage of the 360-degree views from the rooftop deck at sunrise and sunset. The open floor plan is perfect for keeping your group together while preparing a meal in the gourmet kitchen. And with a Blu Ray player and seating for eight around the large living room TV, taking in a movie after your long day of adventures is no trouble at all.

When it's time to get your beauty sleep, Water Colors doesn't disappoint. There are three bedrooms with king beds, TVs, and ensuite baths. The fourth bedroom has a twin over double bunk bed, with a twin trundle that pulls out for alternate sleeping arrangements, and has its own TV and ensuite bath. Linens are provided by our professional linen service, for a fresh and clean bed every time you stay.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Accommodations Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Accommodations. * Weight limit of 50lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed.

*Please note: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

Loved Water Colors. Location was great. Beach is closer than some beach front homes I’ve stayed in. Nice morning walk to The Donut Experiment, eve walk on the beach to Sandbar for dinner or down Pine to cute shops and Dips for ice cream. Rob Hood rentals is at the top of the street. Crows nest was perfect for watching sunsets! Pool and hot tub so private, relaxing and beautifully landscaped. House was decorated nicely and very well equipped with everything you need, especially the kitchen. Loved the drink fridge. We were pleasantly surprised to find many extras: 5 beach chairs, beach umbrella, 10x10 tent, 4 boogie boards, 2 skimmer boards, 2 inflatable rings, lots of beach toys, and about 15 beach towels provided by linen service. The home also featured a griddle, 14 cup coffee maker, blender, puzzles, cards and hairdryers. We had packed many of these things but found that we didn’t need to. Fridge ice maker is tiny - bring bags of ice for cooler.

We enjoyed this house very much. It was so close to the beach and hada great vie of the ocean from the deck. Home had plenty of space, location was FANTASTIC!

I can’t recommend this property and island enough! We had a fantastic long weekend with our family and friends. Our kids loved the beach and the afterbeach pool. The location is perfect, half a block from an amazing beach and in the middle of shops and restaurants. The house if perfect for 2 families and fully equipped. The only regret is that we should have stayed longer! There’s a million things to do!

Water Colors checked all of the boxes for our perfect family getaway! The beach is steps from the home which made our trip so much easier with a baby. Restaurants, shopping and ice cream are all within a block from the home! We spent a lot of time in the great pool and hot tub. We will return!
