Welcome to Lavender Lagoon, a beautiful canal-front vacation home with luxury amenities including a private pool, hot tub, and putting green! This dream house is conveniently located within equal walking distance to the Gulf of Mexico and Tampa Bay, and it is super close to the Island's famous Pine Ave, which offers a variety of shops and restaurants. Pack your beach bags, paddleboards, and kayaks, and prepare for the best vacation!

As you walk into your new home away from home, you will be blown away by the bright and airy open layout. In the living area are cushy seating, a tv, and a coffee table great for playing board games. The unique style kitchen is equipped with basic cooking essentials, great appliances, and offers island bar seating. Gather with guests for meals at the indoor dining table or cherish as much of the Florida weather with a freshly grilled meal at the table in the screened-in lanai. Additionally, the covered cabana is a fantastic place to recharge.

The primary bedroom is sure to put a smile on your face with patio access and an ensuite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. The second and third bedrooms have TVs for late-night entertainment and ample closet space for vacation essentials. The second bathroom has a shower and tub combination for refreshing after a long day of Anna Maria Island adventures. A washer and dryer are available for guests to keep their vacation outfits looking fresh.

There are no pets allowed in this home.

*Please note: 2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

Nicely appointed and freshly remodeled home. Easy access to Tampa bay by boat. Just can't get a tower or a tee-top over 9 feet high under the bridges.
