Family-friendly Garden Party has a fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining area for entertaining six people comfortably. Referred to as the beach version of 'Victorian gingerbread', the Garden Party provides guests with the high-level of quality and comfort they deserve for a relaxing vacation on Anna Maria Island.

Inside, enjoy the open floor plan equipped with flat-screen TVs, complimentary Wi-Fi internet access and plenty of room to spread out. Garden Party offers a pull-out futon couch in the living room. Outside, a wrap-around deck with plenty of chairs and tables for morning coffee and taking in the evening skies with stunning Anna Maria Island sunsets.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
