AMI Oasis is a spectacular four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom luxury vacation home. The main floor features a beautiful, updated kitchen overlooking the living space. The fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a large granite island is sure to make your inner chef come out as you cook delicious meals. While sitting at the island bar, guests can entertain the chef with fun conversations, or they can head over to the plush sofa for a quick nap. Gather around the dining table to enjoy the perfect meal. Afterward, open the French doors to the balcony and sip your favorite drink as the sunsets or prop up your feet, microwave some popcorn, and have the ideal movie night.

There will be no fight over who gets which room because all four bedrooms are spacious and grand in their own way. Each bedroom has luxurious bedding and plenty of storage for your vacation attire and adventure gear. Everyone will be jumping out of bed in the morning to open the French doors that lead them to the patio for some early morning tranquility. Each of the bathrooms includes double sinks, an enclosed tall glass shower, a full-sized drop-in soaking tub, and a private enclosed toilet.

Head down the spiral staircase to the absolute outdoor living space. Float around in the well-covered heated pool or lounge on the outdoor couch and catch up on your favorite shows. Rally around the large dining table to enjoy your freshly grilled meals and delight in wonderful conversations. Assemble your teams for some friendly competition on the putting green and challenge them to a game of ping pong. There are many options on how to explore the seven-mile island, check out the free island trolley, golf cart rentals, or just take a leisurely walk. There are delicious locally owned restaurants conveniently located for you and your family to indulge in. Pack your beach bags and set out to AMI Oasis!

*Please note: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. This home is managed by AMI Locals, an Anna Maria Island property management company.
We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
